The company KOULOURI SA operates in the production and packaging of bakery products since 1997. Since 2009, is specialized in producing a variety of tasty bread sticks.
In 2013 KOULOURI SA made a significant investment to build a modern facility of 1000sqm in the industrial area of Sindos in Thessaloniki, Greece. The last year, 2015, the company made another grand investment in new technology machinery and it also updates the production procedures in a very efficient way.
In the production the company keeps strict specification; strict control of the raw materials, high hygiene and safety standards and it follows the quality assurance system ISO 22000.
All the varieties of breadsticks are prepared with traditional methods combined with traditional Greek recipes and by using natural and fine ingredients. We list just 6 types of bread sticks:
-corn bread sticks
-Santorini bread sticks (with thyme, olive oil and basil)
-Spirulina bread sticks
-Wholegrain bread sticks
-Emmer flour bread sticks
However, the company produce more than 25 different types of bread sticks.
The products of KOULOURI SA is addressed to wholesalers, supermarkets, minimarkets, bakeries, hotels, restaurants, bars-café and catering companies.
